I directed my solo exhibition as a scene from a movie.
By chance, I will appear in a scene from a movie and have a solo exhibition set up at a private art museum in Yotsuya, Tokyo. We received an offer because the two main characters would be perfect for the autumn scene, which is a time of year-long seasonal changes, and we were able to make it happen. With the theme of autumn, 10 works selected from the collection so far will be exhibited. I had never chosen a seasonal theme in my art activities, so it was a good inspiration for me.
映画作品の1シーンとして私の個展を演出しました。
この度、縁あって私が映画のワンシーンに出演し、東京四谷の個人美術館で個展をセッティングすることになりました。主役の2人が一年間の季節の移ろいの中で秋のシーンにピッタリだということでオファーをいただき、実現した運びとなります。秋をテーマにこれまでの作品群から10点を選んで展示。私のアート活動の中で季節をテーマに選ぶことはこれまでになかったため、私にとって良い刺激になりました。
